MAKING YOUR SELECTIONS
Ordering is simple and easy. Just browse through our on-line product sections. If there is no ORDER button next to the item you wish to order simply click on the picture to take you to the detail discription page. An ORDER button will be present there. Click on the ORDER button and your selection will be added to your shopping cart and you will be taken directly to your shopping cart summary page for review. From this page you can choose to update your quantities, keep shopping, or check out.
When you are ready to check out simple press the CHECK OUT button on the shopping cart page. This will take you to the Shipping
Information page. Here you will be asked for any discount coupons, your shipping address, gift options, and shipping method. At this point you can choose to cancel your order or continue. If you continue you will go to the Billing Information page. Here you will see your total order including shipping charges (international shipping charges will not be shown but will be added later). You will choose your payment method, confirm the shipping address, enter your email address, and you can enter any comments you wish in the comments box. At this point you can cancel your order or place the order. Once you have placed your order you won't be able to cancel it on-line. If you make a mistake and want to change or cancel your order you can email us at Sales@BestWoodTools.com and let us know what changes you wish to make.
(1) Only UPS Shipping Charges can
be automatically calculated and added at checkout.
(2) USPS Priority Mail is usually the most economical shipping method. If you
select Priority Mail we will calculate the charges and add to your billing.
(3) International Shipping will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail
and the charges will be added to your billing.
Please call us at 931-788-0429 for authorization. Incorrectly ordered items are subject to a 20% restocking charge and must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. All returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date. Custom or specially machined items may not be returned unless we are at fault and must be within 30 days of the shipping date.
